Our hard-working team are doing their best to ensure you have an enjoyable holiday, please be kind to them but mostly be tolerant and patient as they are in short supply.
Aggressive behaviour towards our team members will not be tolerated.

VILLA ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The remaining balance for your stay has been settled prior to your arrival.
We will also use the card for incidentals incurred during your stay and an invoice will be sent on the day of your departure.
Your Villa key will be in the key safe box attached to the front entrance of the villa, you will need the 4 digit code to access this key
safe which will have been emailed to you before arrival.
Arrival is guaranteed at 5pm.
When departing the Villas, please lock the villa door and lock the key in the key safe box by 9am.
The housekeeping team will require immediate access to your villa to maximise the cleaning and sanitation time before the next arrival.
YOUR VILLA
On arrival, you will find a welcome starter pack that includes milk, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, sugar, apple juice and biscuits.
You will also find an amenity pack that includes fairy liquid, anti-bacterial hand soap, dishwasher tablets, washing machine tablets, toilet rolls, tea towels and jade cloths.
Please note both packs are a starter size and we will not be topped up.
Some Villas have the full sky package. The pin for Sky Movies is 2242.
Every Villa has its own dedicated broadband feed, normally situated in the lounge, you will find a small Hap ac lite Wi-Fi box which has your Wi-Fi signal name labelled ie: Wildanet – #####.
This is the signal name you need to select on your devices.
The password for your Wi-Fi connection is also printed on your Wi-Fi box and will look like StM0r1tz – ## please note the 0 is a zero.
Your telephone can be used to reach reception on 0 or to dial an outside line by first typing 9 (charges will apply)
APARTMENT ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

When departing St Moritz, we ask that you return your keys to Reception by 9 am.
The housekeeping team will require immediate access to your apartment to maximise the cleaning and sanitation time before the next arrival.
YOUR APARTMENT
All apartments are located in the white building across reception.
Inside the Apartment, you will find a welcome pack which includes, milk, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, sugar and biscuits sachets.
You will also find an amenity pack that includes fairy liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing machine tablets, toilet rolls, jade cloths and anti-bacterial spray.
Please note these packs are a starter size and will not be topped up.
Cowshed Spa products are also supplied including body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash and hand cream.
Your apartment has the full sky package. The pin for Sky Movies is 2242.
There is complimentary Wi-Fi throughout St Moritz.

HOUSEKEEPING & MAINTENANCE
Your room has been thoroughly sanitised with enhanced hygiene and housekeeping protocols.
A hand sanitiser dispenser is available at every entrance and exit for guest use.
Communal areas and toilets are sanitised throughout the day.
Our maintenance team are on-site between 10 am to 6 pm Sunday, 8 am to 6.30 pm Monday to Wednesday and 8 am to 8 pm Thursday to Saturday.

LEISURE FACILITIES
We are delighted to announce that the leisure facilities at St Moritz Hotel will be undergoing an exciting transformation starting in November 2022 until July 2023.
Whilst our leisure facilities will not be available during this time, alternate arrangements have been
made for our guests. A shuttle service will be available.

Open in a Coastal Villa 21st November -31st March 2023
Food & Beverage:
Seaside Cafe closed from 5th November
Shorecrest Restaurant & Bar closed from 8th November, re-opens 12th December 2022

The Indoor Pool is open 7 am – 7 pm daily.
Adult-only swim times are from 7 am – 8 am.
Guests must sign in before entering the pool area and show proof of accommodation e.g. a Room /Villa /Apartment key.
Please sign in at the reception desk and make your way through the changing rooms to the pool.
Leisure towels are provided to hotel and apartment guests only. Blue pool towels can be found in your Villa to take with you to the pool.
Please shower and sanitise your hands before entering the pool.
The Outdoor Pool is open 11 am – 5 pm (weather dependant)
The Gym is open from 7 am-9 pm gym users are responsible for sanitising the equipment after use.

COWSHED SPA
The Cowshed Spa is open 9 am – 8 pm daily for treatments and products. The spa reception can be contacted on 01208869800.
DINING
The Shorecrest Restaurant is open daily for breakfast and Monday to Saturday for dinner from 5 pm-8.30pm, available to take away.
On a Sunday, Shorecrest will only serve breakfast.
Its bar serves coffee throughout the day and cocktails from 3 pm.
Bookings are essential for the Shorecrest Restaurant (closed on a Sunday)
Poolside is our Seaside Café
The menu includes Buddha Bowls, Ceasar Salad, French Fries and made-to-order stone-baked Pizza.

DUTY MANAGEMENT
There will be a Duty Manager available to assist with any emergencies and can be contacted via telephone by calling 0 from your in-room telephone.
FIRST AID
Our First Aiders are on hand to provide basic first aid or will be able to direct you to the nearest minor injuries facilities however, we will not attend to any individual that suddenly develops any symptoms of Covid 19.
