Each house has the following as standard.

• BBQ, balcony and patio area.
• Amenities starter pack supplied; washing up liquid, hand wash, tea-towels, dishwasher and washing machine tablets, sponge, cloth and black bags.
• Welcome starter pack provided; teabags, coffee, sugar, hot chocolate, milk, Cornish biscuits and apple juice.
• Allocated parking space adjacent to the house.
• DVD player and TV with full Sky TV package.
• Free internet access and heating.
• Fully equipped kitchen including microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer and a utility room with washer-dryer, iron and ironing board.
• Bed Linen and towels (all beds are made ready for arrival).
• One cot and high chair are available free of charge per house.
