The nights you dine will depend on availability, however here is a suggested itinerary for your stay…
On your first evening we recommend you take the opportunity to dine at our a la carte restaurant (booking essential and extra charge applies) where you will sample fresh, local seasonal produce prepared, cooked and served within the open-plan kitchen before being presented to your table.
The next day you are free to explore the picturesque villages which are dotted along the coast. Or, if you’re feeling energetic brave the Atlantic on a surf session at nearby Polzeath beach.
Your second evening will be spent in the charming fishing village of Port Isaac at the 2 Michelin starred Restaurant Nathan Outlaw where you will enjoy a seafood tasting menu highlighting the finest sustainable seafood caught off the Cornish coast. The following day you can head into the hotel’s leisure suite where an indoor pool, sauna, Jacuzzi and steam room are available. Or, if you’re in need of some serious serenity; a treatment in the Cowshed spa.
On your third evening, you will return to Port Isaac to the 1 Michelin starred Outlaw’s Fish Kitchen where you will enjoy small seafood plates cooked to order.
On the day of departure before you head home, you will stop by at The Mariners public house in Rock and savour the stunning views of the Camel estuary while tucking in to the very popular Mariners’ lunch alongside Sharp’s brewery’s award winning beers.
