Gym
Our gym has just been refurbished with all new life fitness equipment - updated photos coming! We have equipped the gym for its ease of use making it suitable for advanced training sessions and beginners. Opening Hours: 6 am - 7 pmOur friendly leisure team are on hand to provide guidance to help you achieve your goals whatever your level of fitness.
Advice and suggestions on exercise programmes will be given to ensure your time spent exercising is fun, safe and effective.
Indoor Pool, Sauna and Steam Room
Our indoor pool is now closed for refurbishment. Reopening June 2024 All hotel guests will have access to the facilities at the point at Polzeath with a complimentary mini bus service to and from the site.The 13-meter pool is great for lengths (1.2m-1.5m deep), an oval family pool for playing in (0.8m-1.2m deep) and a separate toddler splash pool (40cm deep).
Our pools are heated to between 29-31*C.
We also have a Steam Room, Sauna and Jacuzzi.
Our spacious changing rooms have lockers, baby changing facilities, hairdryers, a spin dryer and have luxurious Cowshed Spa products for you to use.
We offer a Kids Swim + Snack deal during term time for £5 per child
From 4pm – 6pm, Monday to Friday come and enjoy the pool and waterfall feature and then enjoy 10% off food and drink in the Shorecrest Restaurant afterwards
