Head Chef David Williams has a catalogue of Michelin-starred experience and boasts meticulously high technical standards, but it is his passion for home-cooked honest food that makes his menus so noteworthy and this event’s menu is no different. Fresh local lobster plucked from the clear waters off the Cornish coast and hogget from the rich fertile fields surrounding the hotel both feature, alongside St Enodoc asparagus and Cornish cheese.
