Montgomery’s Cheddar

Montgomery's Cheddar is the epitome of traditional, handmade, unpasteurised Somerset cheddar.  It's golden and glorious, with a nutty, complex, real depth of flavor. Made using cow’s rennet.

Cropwell & Bishop Blue Stilton

Handmade using vegetarian rennet, this melt in your mouth, velvety textured cheese is matured for 12 months. It cultivates rich and tangy flavours.


This unpasteurized, goat’s ‘Driftwood cheese's texture is mousse-like when young, but, as it develops, it becomes intensely rich and creamy. The flavour starts out light and delicate, but a fuller flavour soon emerges as the coat begins to break down the paste of the cheese underneath.
