Featured in September’s issue of Sainsbury’s Magazine, head chef Jamie Porter will be hosting an exclusive Sainsbury’s supper club on Thursday 25th September in the restaurant here at the St Moritz Hotel. The supper club will begin with an introduction from Jamie about his passion for the fresh local produce that is the staple of his dishes and used to create the tasting menu.
Jamie will then treat diners to a sumptuous 5-course Cornish seafood tasting menu (with extras!)
Selection of Artisan bread, lobster butter, dukkah, olives
Hendrick’s Gin cured salmon, compressed cucumber, tonic gel, mint
Camel Estuary lobster salad, orange, Oscietra caviar, chervil, tarragon
Turbot from the ‘Sparkling Line’, burnt leek puree, baby leeks, pickled shallots, chive emulsion
Coffee crème brûlée, cinnamon doughnuts
Chocolate & Doombar ale macaroons, blackberry & basil pastels
