Ingredients:

35ml Absolut Vodka

25ml Menthe Verde Liqueur

25ml Cacao Liqueur

4 teaspoons of chocolate mousse

8 mint leaves

25ml Milk

Method:

- Place 8 mint leaves in the palm of your hand and clap to release the aroma of the mint

- Add all ingredients into a shaker and shake hard and fast to bind the mousse

- Fine strain into a chocolate rimmed coupe glass

- Garnish with mint leaves
