The Yoga Schedule
There is plenty of free time over the weekend to visit the local beaches, go for a walk along the coastal path, visit the hotel leisure centre and Cowshed Spa or simply relax in your luxurious surroundings.

Late check-out on Sunday, or stay another night for a special rate.
Yoga mats are supplied, and remember that yoga is non competitive, so complete beginners as well as advanced students are most welcome.
All levels are catered for.
