*Gym sessions will include a 15 minutes personal training consultation programme designed by our qualified trainers according to your indevidual needs. Session includes: current health assessment , 2 fitness tests and development of an indevidual training programm. Assessment is followed by a 45 minute training session, including a mixture of cardio based exercises
