The St Moritz a la carte restaurant is a dining experience.
Fresh, local seasonal produce is prepared, cooked and served within the open-plan kitchen before being presented to your table. Head Chef David Williams curates a menu which utilisies the very best Cornwall's larder has to offer. His classic style means that not only does his food look beautiful, but it tastes delicious too.
The restaurant's cool interiors make it the perfect space for entertaining, celebrating or ruminating.
Open to both hotel guests and non-residents, the restaurant is open every evening from 6.30pm.

The 3-tiered afteroon tea comprises of a selection of sandwiches, cakes, pastries and of course the all-important scones clotted cream and jam. Due to our pastries and scones being freshly made we do require bookings to be made 24 hours in advance. So get planning!
